What happens to my information?

Here at Bourne Care Solutions your security is our main priority. as such, we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. You can rest assured your information is in good hands.

 

How long will my item take to be delivered?

All deliveries arrive via Royal Mail recorded delivery and we expect them to arrive within 1-2 working days. Once your item has been signed for you will be called by our order confirmations department who will debit the agreed payment.

 

Can I return my item?

Of course. Please send your item back with a covering letter (please include your name and address) requesting either a refund, replacement or credit note. Refunds are issued via the initial payment method and can take 14-21 days to show in your account.

Terms of Sale

 

By placing an order by phone You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read through these terms and conditions carefully and keep them for future reference.

 

1. Basis of Purchase

1.1 Any reference to “Website” means this website (www.bournecaresolutions.co.uk) “We, Us, Ourselves” means LJJ Solutions Ltd. “You, Your, Yourself” means the person who orders goods from us. “Goods” means the goods available for purchase by phone by way of virtual online payment and which are ordered from us by you.

 

2. Customer Status/Right to Cancel

2.1 If you are contracting as a consumer you may cancel a purchase at any point within 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. To cancel a purchase, you must return the goods within 14 working days of receiving them with a cancellation letter enclosed, to the postal address provided. You must return the goods in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. If we have already taken payment for the Goods in question we will refund such payment to you within 14 days of receiving. We reserve the right to recover from you the direct costs of reclaiming any Goods not returned by you under this clause where you have exercised your right to cancel a purchase.

2.2 We normally only sell Our Goods to consumers located in the UK. If you are buying in a business capacity or are based outside the UK, please contact us on 0845 528 0793 and we will let you know whether we accept your order and, if so, on what terms.

2.3 A notice sent by you under clause 3.3 will be deemed received and properly served on us, immediately if delivered by hand or when posted if sent by post.

 

3. Orders

3.1 You are responsible for the accuracy of an order and for giving us any information we need to perform the contract. We shall have the right to refuse orders placed for goods.

3.2 By placing an order on behalf of a company and/or unincorporated organization, you are representing that you have authority to do so.

3.3 After placing an order, you will receive a phone call from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to buy goods from Us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Your order will only be deemed accepted once it has been delivered and signed for.

3.4 We do try to make sure that all details provided over the phone are as up to date as possible. On the rare occasion that there is an error, we will change the information and advise you (if you are adversely affected) about the changes as soon as practicable.

 

4. Delivery

4.1 We may deliver overseas and to businesses but this is only upon special arrangement. You must contact us for details of prices.

 

5. Price and Payment

5.1 Prices are inclusive of VAT. Please note Our prices are specified in pounds sterling. If you are based in a country which uses a currency other than pounds sterling, your credit card company will convert the transaction as appropriate.

5.2 If We discover a pricing error whereby the correct price for the Goods is greater than the price stated We will inform You as soon as possible and give You the option of either reconfirming Your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact You, We will treat the order as cancelled and issue a full refund (where relevant). Where we discover an error and the correct price of the goods is less than our stated price, We will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Goods to you. If we discover a pricing error, We are under no obligation to provide the goods to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a dispatch confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by You as a mis-pricing.

5.3 Payment must be made by credit, debit card or Direct Debit. You must provide us with payment details at the time of placing your order, however no payment is taken until your order has arrived with you. We use a third party, to authorise your payment for the GoodsYour credit card  statement will read "AW*XXXXXXX­XXXXXXX"

 

6. Risk and ownership

6.1 Risk in the Goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery. Delivery shall be deemed to occur at the time when the Goods arrive at the delivery address provided by you.

 

7. Data Protection

7.1 We will process personal data disclosed by you in accordance with our privacy policy, the terms of which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
